Designed under contract to Batzer Construction in 2006

This 12,340 S.F. office building consist of 4 potential tenant spaces on 3 levels.

The lower level is built as a daylight basement opening onto its own parking area.

Hardiplank shingles and horizontal lap siding with cultured stone accents combined with concealing the air handling system in the roof well make this commercial building fit into its surroundings.

Two ground floor commercial storefront spaces with two second floor residential apartments and a split level apartment in the back create this charming mixed use building in Ashland, Oregon designed in 2006.

8,497 square feet – Mixed use commercial and residential

The heating and cooling units are concealed in the underfloor crawlspace and on the roof.

Wood construction. CMU veneer and exterior cement plaster. Summer 2006.

Fine finishes complete the look of the building.
